For bug related to the device issues

Bug fixing on KaiOS phones is deployed over-the-air (OTA) by the device manufacturer or local mobile operator. Sometimes, they decide to adopt or not to implement the solution of the bug. We recommend you reach out to the Customer Service of the device manufacturer or local mobile operator directly to request the status of the FOTA update.
